In the Words of the Sanghāta:
“Blessed One, 84,000 light rays have come forth from your face, and this galaxy of a billion world systems and everything in it is suffused with these light rays. All thirty-two great hells are suffused with them, too. They are also illuminating thirty-two deva realms. These light rays are of a great variety of colors, such as green, yellow, red, white, crimson, crystal and silver. These light rays, after emerging from the face of the Blessed One, did everything to bring about the happiness of the sentient beings of the galaxy of a billion world systems, and after that they returned, circumambulated the Blessed One seven times and disappeared into the Blessed One’s crown.?

Lama Zopa Rinpoche Receives a Handwritten Copy

Lama Zopa Rinpoche was recently given a copy of the sutra that somebody had written by hand and sent him. Ven. Holly Ansett, who serves as part of Rinpoche's support, sent in this description of Rinpoche's reaction:

Rinpoche received the Sanghata Sutra and sat there for some time saying, 'Fantastic... Incredible... Fantastic.'

Then Rinpoche commented that he felt he has offered a little service to the world by promoting and spreading the Sanghata Sutra, because anyone who reads it or writes it out creates unimaginable merit.
